Bare Kitchen is a food and art platform that explores the cultural and environmental narratives between humans and food.
The platform was founded by Anjli Vyas, a chef, writer, host and strategic food consultant. Anjli’s work is influenced by the anthropological role of food in history and its relation to current approaches on food waste, sustainability and personal responsibility.
Bare Kitchen unravels the nuanced and often unseen experiences of food through The Empty Plates Podcast, stories, immersive dining events and a catering service.
